“First off, thanks for everything you do to make sure everyone has their needs met. On a personal note, I used to be a teacher in a  low income school where many of my students struggled with learning disabilities that impacted their education. My experience taught me that students with special needs are capable of learning the same learning objectives as their peers, they just need additional resources or a different teaching approach”.
